Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a TeeTalk account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, don't use TeeTalk. If you are using TeeTalk on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. What TeeTalk Does

TeeTalk is a social app for golfers — you can track rounds, follow courses, share posts, message other users, and maintain a public or private profile. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

3. Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. Keep your account credentials safe — you are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up and when you update your profile.

4. Acceptable Use

Treat other TeeTalk users well. Don't harass, threaten, or dox anyone; don't post illegal, spammy, misleading, or infringing content; don't try to break, probe, or flood our infrastructure; don't scrape the app or its data without our written permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you post to TeeTalk (rounds, posts, comments, messages, photos). By posting, you grant TeeTalk a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to run the app. You can delete your content at any time, and we'll remove it from live surfaces within a reasonable time.

6. Our Content

The TeeTalk name, logo, copy, product design, and course catalog are ours (or licensed to us). You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.

7. Payment Terms

Core TeeTalk features are free. If we offer paid features in the future, we'll explain pricing and any cancellation or refund policy before you pay. Payments on iOS and Android are processed by Apple and Google, respectively, under their terms.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

TeeTalk is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeeTalk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these Terms, threatens the safety of our users, or creates legal or operational risk for us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
